Retail Returns and Exchanges
Good Fortune's main goals are quality and customer service. We want you to be happy with your purchases. If you are not happy with the quality, and would like to return or exchange an order, please call or email us to obtain a return authorization and receive further instructions:
Monday-Friday: 10am to 5pm (EST)
Please return items in their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 10 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not refundable. Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
Variation in color, shape, and finish are not mistakes, they are handcrafted.
If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact us, and we will re-ship your order with the correct item at no additional cost.
Sorry, but Good Fortune cannot accept returns of items purchased through retail stores. Conversely, retail stores cannot accept returns of products purchased online or by phone.
Wholesale Returns and Exchanges: There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned and exchanged goods, unless discussed otherwise.Claims must be made within 5 days upon receipt of shipment.
Shipping in the USA & International
We give you four flat rate options when shipping. 0-$16 orders ($3.50 shipping), $16-$30 orders ($6 shipping), $30-$55 ($8.50 shipping), $55-99 ($10.50 shipping), $100 or more (Free Shipping), or do free in-store pick up in Cleveland, TN. We do not charge a handling fee and try to keep shipping as low as possible, because we understand shipping is kind of a bummer. Go figure, west coast shipping costs more than east coast shipping, but we don't make the rules. We hope you'll still find huge savings in the cost of our products. International customers, we love you too, so we created a flat rate for 0-$16 orders ($10 shipping)
and $16-$100 ($15 shipping), and $100 or more costs $20 shipping (so you better stock up)!
